Prof. Junhui Hu

Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China

Junhui Hu received his Ph.D. Degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 1997, and B. E. and M. E. degrees in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, China, in 1986 and 1989, respectively. Currently he works for Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, China, as a full professor. His research interest is in ultrasonic manipulations, ultrasonic sensors and actuators, ultrasonic nano fabrication, etc. He is a Chang-Jiang Distinguished Professor, China, and an IAAM Fellow. He has been recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists in the consecutive several years (by Stanford University and Elsevier). He won the Paper Prize from the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (Japan) as the first author in 1998, and IAAM Scientist Medal in 2023.


He authored and co-authored more than 300 publications, including more than 120 full research papers published in SCI journals. He is the sole author of monographs “Ultrasonic Micro/Nano Manipulations: Principles and Examples” (2014, World Scientific) and “Ultrasonic Nano/Micro Fabrication, Handling and Driving” (2024, CRC). He has given more than 40 keynote/invited lectures at international conferences, and his research work has been highlighted by 7 international scientific media. He served lots of international conferences as a Chairman/Honorary Chairman/Co-chair/Technical Program/Organizing/Scientific Committee member (China, USA, EU, Japan). Presently, he is an editorial board member of four international journals, board member of Chinese Acoustical Society and member of its academic work committee, and deputy director of expert committees on electronic information materials and devices, Chinese national think tank for materials and devices.

Prof. Zilong Zhao

Beihang University, China

Zi-Long Zhao obtained his doctoral degree in 2016 from Tsinghua University (China). Since 2021, he has been a full Professor at Beihang University (China). He is elected as an overseas high-level young talent of China (2020), an ARC DECRA fellow (2019), an innovative and entrepreneurial talent of Jiangsu Province (2024), a VEBLEO fellow (2025), and a young top talent of Beihang University (2022). He is an expert of the Chinese Ministry of Education, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Australian Research Council, and the Jiangsu Association of Science and Technology. He is an editorial advisory board member of Engineering Fracture Mechanics. His research interests include solid mechanics, biomechanics, structural topology optimization, and aircraft design. By 2025, he has published more than 60 papers in internationally prestigious SCI journals. He is the general chair of multiple international conferences such as ICoACE 2024, AITCE 2025, ICAMME 2025, AEME 2026, and ISCNA 2026.

Prof. Alam Md. Mahbub

Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), China

Alam Md. Mahbub is a professor at the Shenzhen Graduate School of Harbin Institute of Technology (China) since 2012. He worked as a senior lecturer at the University of Pretoria (South Africa), research and postdoctoral fellows at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and lecturer at the Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (Bangladesh). He received MEng and PhD degrees from Kitami Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2001 and 2004, all in Mechanical Engineering. He has supervised 9 postdocs, 9 PhD students and 61 masters students. More than 400 technical articles are authored and co-authored, including 250+ SCI journal papers (11 single-authored, 51 first-authored and 148 corresponding authored papers). Most of the papers have been published in the top-notched journals, including Journal of Fluid Mechanics, Journal of Fluids & Structures, Ocean Engineering, Physics of Fluids, and Journal of Sustainable and Energy Reviews. Seven of the journal papers got positions in the lists of ‘TOP 25 hottest articles’ and four papers have been listed as TOP 1% highly cited articles by web of Science. His papers are well cited, 11800+ (h-index 56) in google database. He has been listed as a highly cited researcher, ranked top 2%, for 2018 - 2024 by Web of Science. He is the author of two books and 23 chapters in books. He has edited four special issues in ‘Wind and Structures, an International Journal’, one specia issue in 'Energies' and two conference proceedings published in Research publishing, Singapore. He has delivered 43 Keynote speeches at international conferences. He has also been listed as 'most cited Chinese researcher. He chaired four international conferences and five symposiums. His research has mostly involved flow-induced vibrations, flow-induced noise, turbulent wake behind bluff bodies, wind load on structures, fluid-structure interactions, hydrodynamics of swimming animals, heat transfer, flow control, and energy harvesting from wind and ocean current.

Prof. Zipeng Wang

Beijing University of Technology, China

ZhipengWang, a tenured professor and doctoral supervisor, received his Ph.D. in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Beihang University in 2017. He served as an associate professor at Jinan University from 2017 to 2022. In 2022, he was recruited to Beijing University of Technology under the High-End Talent Team Building Program. He is an IEEE Senior Member, a member of the Adaptive Dynamic Programming and Reinforcement Learning Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, a member of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, a member of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Command and Control, and a director of the Shandong Artificial Intelligence Society, among others. He has been invited to serve as a guest editor for multiple SCI journals, a reviewer for IEEE Transactions and Automatica, and a PC member for several domestic and international conferences.


His main research interests include robust control and filtering, intelligent modeling and control, safety control, sampled/pulse control systems, networked control systems, time-delay systems, distributed parameter control systems theory, and their applications in industrial processes and aerospace. He has led several projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and has participated in multiple research projects including the National 973 Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In recent years, he has published over 50 SCI/EI academic papers in IEEE Transactions and other journals, and has applied for and been granted three national invention patents. Among them, he is the first author or corresponding author of over 40 SCI/EI papers, and has over 20 papers in top-tier journals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has received the 16th Jinan City Outstanding Natural Science Academic Achievement Award for Outstanding Talent, among others.
